I stopped in to upgrade my storage unit. Steve Reddington helped me with the process. He was very professional and polite. Great customer service, answered all my questions and I didn’t feel rushed or pressured. It’s a quiet, clean facility and I’m very happy with the service!

The store manager was exceptionally easy to work with, extremely organized and totally professional.
Upon arrival, he had a positive and very thoughtful attitude; which straightway gave you the sense of a very welcoming interaction. The place is quite large yet easy to navigate and very clean inside which demonstrates that management truly cares. Very happy with this place, thanks to the manager.
