1. Planet self storage was sold to extra space storage sometime in Nov 2024
2. Unless updated to the new extra space storage system, all recurring payments were stopped since they are two unaffiliated companies
3. Steve has individually explained what has happened as the tenants have come in but no mass communication was sent out .
4. Steve went out of his way to help resolve my issue and I'm eternally thankful for that
