Susan , the lady who works here is AMAZING. Anytime I get storage from not on I will always ask for her and get this place because of her. I’m not a person who leaves reviews but I absolutely had to because she’s awesome. She updates you if you miss your payment with a friendly reminder and goes out of her way to help as much as she can with accommodation etc. definitely 10/10 customer service with her. I would give 5 stars but only reason I’m not is because only 4 months in to me having my unit the price was raised up which I did not know would happen so soon. Other than that thank you Susan for being the best ever to do business with.
