I've been storing some antiques with Extra Space Storage for a few years and recently emptied the unit a few days after I was charged. I called Dennis and asked if there was any way to either pro-rate the charges or get a refund. I fully expected a no, but Dennis pulled through and was able to give me a full refund. I am a very happy man.
