Janet was great. Her customer service skills are wonderful and I look forward to being a customer here.

The facility was fine and the people I dealt with were helpful. My only complaint was one of lack of communication. I called near the end of October to say we’d be clearing out before Nov. 1. I’m somewhat handicapped so I paid a couple of guys t6o clean out the unit. Instead of disposing of the locks they locked it up again and I got a bill for November even though nothing was in there. When the manager cut the lock at my request he found it empty.

Brandon was excellent and very helpful as I had to call him a couple of times which he addressed all my questions. Nice to still see some good customer service
