Managers here have shown me customer service isn’t always bad. They welcomed me in Office with a smile and friendly conversation. I was just stopping on to pay my mother’s bill on Christmas Eve. When they should have been home with family for the holidays they were here and amazing. I don’t really remember their names but I know they the E team (I remember that their names start with E we joked about them being the Extra Excellent team) and both have locs. Great staff at Extra Space.

Great clean location. Managers are friendly and very helpful. Went in to make a payment and even though I didn’t know my unit number and don’t store at this location Erika was helpful in finding my unit at processing my payment.

I love self storage they always look out for me.
