Thus far the experience has been great! Received calls to remind me to complete the lease and to see if I had any concerns. My only concern thus far has been with the lock, the description indicated a 'circle lock' which is not loke other locks, but you dont find out until you get there what it actually is. Since it is a 1 time charge, I understand and appreciate the security. Completed lease in the office with Danette who answered all my questions, took me to see the unit, gave suggestions on the best door to use to get to the closest elevator to the unit. This is my 1st experience with storage and I am looking forward to a rewarding partnership. Will update after 6 months or so.
