Extra Space Storage

I had an absolutely amazing experience with Extra Space Storage at this location. I was able to store my belongings quickly, with little hassle, and for a low price. I also received the first month free.

When I no longer needed the storage unit, I moved all of my stuff out and planned to give my notice that I was about to vacate the unit. The staff noticed my lock was missing and my stuff was gone and called me to make sure I was aware and that my belongings were not stolen.

Additionally, they ended my payments on the unit without any hassle on my end when I informed them that I no longer planned on using the unit.

I am extremely satisfied with the level of service I received and reccommend for anyone looking for storage in the area to look no further.

Phil was very accommodating during a very busy time; I was preparing to move overseas. He worked after hours to ensure my account was established.

They raised the rent in my unit 3 times in the short time we were there. Not sure why they raised it $200 in a couple of months but that is the reason we moved out. Otherwise the facility was clean and easily accessible.
