Extra Space Storage

Tina was absolutely amazing. She was a great salesperson and knowledgeable about our storage needs. Tina was polite, helpful, and professional. Let me preface this by saying I am very unhappy hence my review. I started here a few months ago at $40 or maybe $44 which was the ONLY reason I chose there, they raised the price within 2 or 3 months of me going there just like that granted they did tell 30 days ahead of time but come on so now it's $60. I called and was told recently the bill was $152 by corporate who gave me a number that no longer worked to call the local office now the rude lady there telling me because it's 36 days overdue the bill jumped to almost $400 and they are not going to do anything about it. Even though she saw that I spoke with someone but conveniently didn't see what was said. To say I am angry is an understatement and I know it's what they do to take people stuff and auction it off please be ware of these people for those who have had a good experience I am not here to judge you but for me that's it and I will make it my point of duty to let everyone know about this. Imagine speaking to someone 2 days prior who said NOTHING about a almost $200 few added within a few days to at least alert me since I was calling to pay and they couldn't take the payment. That's dishonest
