Extra Space Storage

My experience was excellent. Needed a storage last year and booked everything online. Received my access code and storage unit number right away. Easy access because I don’t have to worry about an elevator and pulling those carts. I can just pull right up to my storage unit unlock and place my things inside. Perfect! I just booked another storage unit with them today but a smaller one.

Great place. Can't wait until the inside is done.

Rent it online and paid it in full, but they still refuse to give me the gate code, requiring me to make a 1h30min round trip to their office only to show them my ID in person. They don't answer phone calls neither return the messages I left. Also they didn't inform the address of this office, only the storage location address and there's no office there, the place is unattended. Had to call 2 other offices and go in person to one of them to finally find out where is the actual office. Not recommended at all.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU VALUE YOUR THINGS!!!! You've officially been warned. This company seems to be run by robots as the customer service agents have no ability to do anything. Worst mistake ever. I should have paid a little more to go somewhere else.
