Review:
I have to give a big shout out to Venjo Cruz, the store manager at the Nottingham, MD location. You want to talk about going above and beyond, I assure that this is the picture of that. I have asked him for help with several things and he has delivered 1000%. I honestly am not accustomed to this kind of 'over the top' service. Thank you Extra Space Storage for employing Venjo and making real customer service a priority.
