Very fair prices and excellent service

Ashley and her staff at the Extra Space Storage offices in Frederick were very helpful in finding the right size of vehicle storage. I had originally selected a 10x15, thinking my Subaru Impreza would fit no problem, but due to the way the garage units are constructed, with metal beams inside against the exterior walls, it turned out that I actually needed the 10x20 unit for my car to fit, as the walls were not completely flat inside. Ashley processed my refund quickly, and also helped me find another unit that was properly sized at a different site that she also manages, which is still extremely convenient to me.
