This place is ridiculous, lock you in with a good rate and then 3 months later raise the prices, then raise them again another 6 months later. The only way to keep rate the same is prepay for the year. I didnt need it a year, it's for our elderly grandmother who's moving. Started at $138 a month and now it's $248 within a year. It's a joke, the classic bait and switch. Glad we can grab out stuff and relocate to a facility with 1 year guaranteed rate. At half the price for the same size unit. Avoid unless your desperate.
