I have been doing business with then since 2022, and let me say they have treated me with platinum status in their customer service, security, and avalability. I have been using extra storage and anytime I come I always have a great experience. It’s always a good vibe. They are always willing to help in anyway they can and I appreciate that especially being in the process of moving stuff is already hard as it is and Just the managers and the workers here making it a easy transition makes it even better. I will always choose this company for any of my units in the future.

So I am at the end of my journey this time because I have ended up getting two storages and the manager Steven here has Been amazing amazingly helpful, I think that you guys are very, very lucky to have Steven as a manager. Here he keeps it clean, and now it always smells good. Lol. And his customer service is just over the top.
I cannot find the words to really how grateful I am for the customer service at this location, every time I move I have to come here, the customer service is amazing! It is always super clean and they have some great as well. drives me the most is the customer service. No one ever like to move or have to but here they make the process so easy and unforgettable. I'm always traveling half the time out of the country, but I have no worries when it comes to extra space storage. I remember one day I forgot to place my lock pack on my locker and and on the same day, they let me know because they do checks every single day and that is, and I have so many other experiences as well I can go on and on. Extra space be my storage home!!!

Great customer service, clean and easy process. The store manager was exceptional when talking to him on the phone. He answered all my questions and helped me a lot!
