Review:

We are new to the rental storage option, but this experience exceeded expectations. Our inquiry call was answered by a live person who directed us to the closest location, reserved the large unit we needed and worked out a great, transparent price. Upon our arrival the facility manager greeted us and gave us a tour to select the specific unit based upon our needs. Jeremy was very professional and courteous. When the need arises again we will head directly to his location!

Update 3/1/25: As I expected, we needed some additional short term space. Like our initial experience, I was treated professionally and courteously. We were offered new space in close proximity to our existing locker, and the price was right! I also appreciate the cleanliness of this facility compared with our experience elsewhere.

I’ve been a customer at this location for about two years, and overall, it’s been a great experience. The facility is clean, quiet, and well-maintained, with background music that adds a nice touch. It’s fully climate-controlled, and the ability to drive inside the building makes loading and unloading easy, no matter the weather. The only downside is the frequent price increases—rates go up every six months under the guise of market pricing, but they never seem to go down.
