Understanding how takeovers can be the worse thing ever, Extra Space Storage has made it so much easier than it was. They actually have someone in the office and the gate isn't always open like it was with the previous management. Makes me feel better. Dawn was the lucky one to get all my issues and she got everything taken care of like a boss!!! I'm so happy there is finally someone who cares about the customers, takes the time to ensure our lockers are protected the best they can be and actually is in the office. Extra space storage does care and I'm so happy they are the new managers!!
