It took over a hour to find me a unit that was not taken/locked and not damaged or dirty. The gate also does not shut and I heard it’s been that way for months. The crew does not seem to know what units are taken. I had two car loads of stuff and it was super hot outside. It should not have taken so long to find a unit for me. A huge disappointment.

I was in the process of moving. I drive 30 minutes to the storage unit that they assigned me to and it wasn't even the right storage unit. So I had to drive all the way back. A big nuisance! And I referred a friend to the same place but this time we have two car loads that we drove 30 minutes to unload and they don't even have the right locks. We're playing phone tag With these people they keep saying their system is crashing this is the worst Storage unit place ever! They want to get all high-tech and do virtual only well if they'd actually WORK Their business instead of having computers do it this could all be avoided do not recommend this place and I will be moving stuff to a different location. HIGHLY EMBARRASSING!
