I called to cancel before due date because I have taken all my stuff out, and I was told to complete the review which I did, and replied back to text message sent by a “manager” . Never heard back, assuming it was proceeding on their end, and then I get charged for the month a couple days later. I’m writing this review as a secondary review for the record, in case the first review wasn’t recorded for whatever reason.
