Extra Space Storage

Amazing customer service. Very helpful with all of my questions.

I moved in here in October and after just a few months I got a notice in January that the price was basically doubling. I am someone who was fortunate enough to have help moving out and another place to store my things but some of their customers may not have this option. Unfortunately, this is a big company looking to gouge their customers. I would definitely look elsewhere if you are in need of somewhere to store your things. I was given short notice of the price increase and the increase was substantial.

My experience with other storage Places is that after the introductory offer, they raise the monthly rate by a small amount. This isn’t the end of the world. Unfortunately, Extra Space storage doubled my monthly rate and did so in the middle of winter when it’s tougher to move. Fortunately, I was storing a vehicle which I was able to move to a much more competitively price storage facility at half the cost of Extra Space storage. A positive note is the local attendant in the Merrimack facility is a good guy and very helpful. Unfortunately, this is a big company looking to gouge their customers. Not recommended!
