Extra Space Storage

The location is super clean, safe and great!!
My dissatisfaction is with the company, they have increased the rate tremendously (without notice). With a 5x5 SMALL storage on 11/2022 it started $79.24/m; increased to $111.23, $135.75, and $172.00 a few months ago already. I have called and all I got was one time $35 discount. What's going to be next year $$$$??

Highly recommend Extra Space Storage at River Rd. Christina was so helpful and guided me through the facility. The units were clean and the rental process was quick.

Update 12/6/24: Christina showed me today that customers are valued and appreciated at this facility. It’s rare to actually feel good about where I'm spending my money. I can honestly say today, after speaking with Christina, I do.
