Extra Space Storage

I walked in looking to upgrade my unit. Susana assisted me and was absolutely amazing and a sweetheart. She gave me all the information regarding my unit, pricing and directions! Will definitely be coming back to this storage unit, great customer service! 10/10 recommend!!!

Do not get at this moment, they do not have their ramp fixed to roll belongings in so you have to carry it up. When asked, when they will fixed it, the employee got irritated and blamed it on any customer who would try to open the door and said they would charge anyone who tried to use the ramp and open the door. She also stated they don't want to fix it because they want to charge the person, after the ramp door has been closed for weeks. So, instead of looking into the cameras and the codes being used at the time, and charging that one person, they choose to make it difficult for everyone else and blaming them for the 'door breaking'. Rather, just find a place you can bring up your stuff easily.
This place also has roaches and no one is available to clean it up. Not recommended for people who want to keep their homes clean and roach free.
