I cannot say enough great things about John at Extra Space Storage in Neptune (635 Neptune blvd)! I was in need of a ton of storage in a quick timeframe and John was not only so helpful, but so incredibly nice. He was able to answer any question I had. He treated me with respect and was so kind while setting up multiple units for me over the phone. He made a stressful situation, not stressful and I couldn’t recommend him and their facility enough.
