Extra space storage started out as a great fit for me and my needs. After being there 3 months the rate started to go up. I was told that the rate increase was something the company does every so often. I am on a fixed income permanently disabled and I don’t have the finance to handle unexpected increases. This is the only thing o dislike. On the plus side Ryan who works the front desk has exceptional customer service. He is always pleasant and always looking to find solutions to any problem. He is the reason I have been there for so long. I hope his employers recognizes his great work! Thanks Ryan!!!

Ryan was so helpful! He showed us all around the facility so we knew were we were going, as well as making sure our codes worked and a couple other things! He even gave us a great deal as well!

Just leased a unit at this location and it has been a flawless experience so far! 5 stars. Cindy and Ryan were very helpful and professional. Great team! The building and unit is spotless. Good pricing and excellent customer service. Highly recommend this location!
