I had a very pleasant experience with Giovanna! She was extremely helpful in helping me rent a unit and was happy to answer any questions I had.

I walked into the store to rent a temporary storage unit. Giovanna was sitting there, smiling and greeted me with a warm welcome. After discussing my need, she immediately began the process and made it a pleasant experience. Giovanna escorted me to the storage unit and demonstrated the locking mechanism to make sure I understood and was comfortable with it. I appreciate her patience and professionalism.
