Mark Burton was very helpful and set up my reservation quickly. Great person. what he failed to tell me that my price was only promotional and that it will almost double in a couple of months. when i called i was told that i was switched to the walk in price and I walked in i didn't call or rent online. I find the lack of transparency disheartening and i will be switching to a different storage center.
Edit: A few days after I canceled my storage, the current manager, Giovanna, called me and was incredibly nice. She apologized for the lack of transparency and offered me a reduced price. She was upfront about the possibility of price changes in the future and assured me they would keep me informed. Her customer service skills are impeccable. I decided to keep my storage room because transparency is all I was looking for, and she delivered on that. I will change my review back to five stars

Giovanna helped maintain my unit without any hesitation. People like her deserve a raise.
