Noone wants to give me the property managers name. Shady business after paying for years they've accommodated my roommate with a lowered price when she stated she couldn't afford it bc they didn't want to lose her business. She happened to tell me bc I too was struggling and when I called they LIED and said they never accommodated anyone only moved them to a cheaper unit and there we no longer available units. (she was literally in the same unit when I went to help her take out everything) cool I get it business is business you pick and choose. So it's like as soon as I told them I cannot afford it any longer they upped the price never offered the release of waiver until I had to specifically ask for it. Again cool shady business I guess. Was blowing up my phone to pay but won't blow up my phone to close the act. Instead. I received an email about the door being replaced and come pick up my new keys. I'm good on that. When I spoke to Taj from the cooperate office she said they cannot find my account. When I ask for the Property Manager's name, of this location it's apparently a secret. They tell me to call, I call but still no response. (I give the benefit of the doubt bc i work overnight) When they responded to my reply about resending the release of waiver it was a automated message that they were replacing my door instead of what was requested. Something is off and I will pop up. Today my bill is due which I will pay again no problem. But fair warning. If you have a busy schedule you need to take off a whole day of work to go in person to which is very inconvenient. The good reviews are filtered as stated by AI this review maybe filtered out under the false pretenses of 'foul' or 'misinformation' however here are the photos as proof. Don't say I did not warn you. Deal with them at your own risk.

The upgraded lock on my unit door has made it much easier to get in and out. It’s nice to know that my items are being kept safe at this great facility.

Staff was extra Courteous, Friendly and Professional . Space was clean, Grounds Especially Clean, Hygienic, Safe, It was quick in and out and everything worked. I recommend this self Storage Facility for Hassle free, safe Storage.
