Extra Space Storage

We had some issues with our assigned storage unit on move-in day, but Samantha was incredible. She quickly resolved everything and made the process seamless. We needed to rent a storage unit, and stopped in to get information. I met with Samantha, who answered every question without hesitation. After deciding on a unit, Samantha calculated all of the charges for me to consider. I had to laugh to myself when I was politely asked my age to get a senior discount. Yes I am a senior, very sweet...
I rented a 10x20 unit and secured it for 3 months. Samantha has a great personality, and did a great job!

I recently removed some cemetery decor items from my storage unit, intending to use them in the family plots I tend to in 3 cemeteries in 3 contiguous towns. It wasn't until later that evening when removing an unrelated item from the back seat of my EV that the storage unit items were not also there. Duh! I had left them on the asphalt on the passenger side of the car, intending first to put something on the back seat before setting the decor items down. But I never opened the trunk to remove the protective covering; I simply locked my unit and drove off.

Samantha saved the day by gathering the things up and holding them over the weekend until I could pick them up Monday. ?

We went in to finalize our online reservation for a 5x10 unit. Samantha assisted us. She was efficient, friendly, professional and provided all the answers we needed. She walked us through all the steps, payment and a tour of the unit. She provided a great experience and we look forward to using this location for our storage needs.

Signing up was quick and easy. Prices were good. Facility was clean and well taken care of. Samantha at the front desk was super helpful!
