Extra Space Storage

I contacted Extra Space Storage on concerns about the rising cost. Our house doesn't have much available storage space. Jamie P. reached back to me and worked very hard to keep us from looking at other facilities. Jamie came up wih so many solutions. We finally decided on consolidating our storage bins. She responded to all our questions and never left us guessing on any concerns. Jamie was extremely helpful on determining our best cost savings and easy of accessing our items. We have been with the facilities for a few years and never had anyone give us such amazing customer service at this level. She followed up with us and made sure we are completely satisfied with ever decision we made. She was just amazing to work with!

I've had units here for years. I've downsized and upsized back and forth a few times. What I'm not a happy camper about is the unit rental pricing. You suddenly get a notice in the mail about an increase and they are high increases. I've contacted them to help lower the price in the past. They lowered it a little. Now it happened again and they lowered it a pinch and she said they can't go any lower. They practically have a monopoly in the Toms River area with other facilities. I did find another place with good rating that doesn't belong to them and I can get the same unit for less then the price I was paying before the increase. It's just a pain to pack up , rent a truck and move. I mentioned this to her at Extra Space but she said she can't go any lower. I guess after all these years I will be moving out. It's crazy to get these increases like this while I can save money moving to another facility. The people are great there but I'm the one that has to pay the monthly bill.
