Today I went to the Parlin location and was greeted by an exceptional customer service representative. Glenny was so helpful and made sound suggestions that worked better than what I was originally going to get. Glenny is such a breath of fresh air, you don't come in contact with many employees that are willing and smile about helping a customer. She certainly deserves recognition and an a SPB (Special Paid Bonus), your company should hire more employees like Gleeny (an asset for sure).
