Mariah went above and beyond and answered any questions I had. I found the perfect unit and moved my stuff same day!

My experience as a new customer was a seamless and a very good experience. I had a lot of questions and, Mariah, the manager was able to answer all my questions and was extremely helpful and very kind. I would definitely and without hesitation, refer this storage facility, to anyone who is looking for a safe, clean, storage unit. The customer service I received, was magnificent!

Storage if fine, but be forewarned that the internet prices are introductory prices. Extra Space Storage is not honest about this. After 3 months or after a year the price will DOUBLE. The owner says this reflects 'market conditions', but that's a lie. Or perhaps it just the storage industry marketplace business model, so the owner really believe doubling the price is a market adjustment. Move your belongings in at your own risk. Response to owner comments...again, a lie, these are not market adjustments, the advertised rates on the internet are introductory ONLY, expect to pay double or more if you want to not have to move out every three months. Updated 12/2024 - still crooks!

Mariah and John are excellent, I have had many questions and they are always willing to answer and I am very happy with their customer service
