Facility is located next to a concrete business and all our things are covered in filth and sand. New doors didn't help much. Evidence of mice infestation. Received notice raising rent from $157 to $232, a 47% increase. We're seniors on fixed income. We found another facility with indoor storage for $50 per month less. Manager is very nice, but has to answer to corporate thieves. Stay clear of this location!!!

Easy to reserve a spot and to complete the lease agreement. Representative o. The phone was very helpful and the site manager was friendly and helpful. So far so good.
