All of the staff here are super awesome! We just got a second unit because of our great experience with the first one. Adam, Darren, Ben, and Rick are all absolutely fantastic. They definitely put customers first and make you feel valued. The location is very secure and I feel completely comfortable storing my belongings here.

Darren was incredible. I was very upset with my rate increase cause I didn’t read the lease when I signed (lol) and didn’t realize my original rate was a promotional rate. He described everything to me in a very kind and most importantly understanding matter. Where as when I called the customer service line that takes me to a bunch of people in an office, the guy I got was rude and had attitude with me.

Darren is definitely the type of person who should be a general manager. Appreciative of his patience and kindness with me!
