First, THEY ACTUALLY ANSWER THE PHONE! (The other storage companies that I contacted---often by phone AND either email or via an online form on their websites never got back to me!)

2nd, Lindsey and Jennifer were both friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. They took the time to explain the process of renting the storage unit and stayed in touch with me as the 'move-in' date approached.

My wife and I rolled into town with lots of stuff and not sure which storage service to call.
My first call I left a message.
Called a few other places and discovered I was talking to a representative that didn't even live in the same state!

Jennifer called me, listened to my needs.
And delivered.
