Extra Space Storage

These guys are the BEST EVER at what they do!!! I had the absolute pleasure to be helped by Scott Williams and Jared. My situation was a little different then the average bear. But they didn't just shoo me away and say tuff luck!!! They spent HOURS helping me to make things right!!! Even during this process the conversations were not just to help me with my issues. But they were conversations as if they were both my family members! Scott and Jared just get what it means to be human. If these guys were blood sons of mine, I wouldn't and couldn't be prouder of the men they are!!! They are super kind, polite, and as professional as could be. Bottom line is if the rest of the world were even just 1/2 as good as them... let's just say the world would be very different. I really cant say enough how wonderful gentlemen they are!!! I can rest my head at night knowing not just my items are safe. But that these guys actually care about me and are looking out for my best interests. I could really go on and on , I have so much good things to say about them. I hope corporate understands how lucky they are to have Scott and Jared working for them. They should give them a raise in pay NOW and on the regular in future if they know what's good for this business!!! I'm so thankful for all the time and efforts spent on me. Good news everyone, its true, there are still some wonderful people in this crazy world!!!!! I thank you Jared and Scott from the bottom of my heart!!!!!!!

Great service. Very clean facility. Scott explained everything in detail. He also saw that I was walking with a cane so he changed my storage unit to one close to the elevator. Much appreciated. Over, highly recommend Extra Space Storage and Scott.
