My actual renting experience was fine but when it comes to ending your contract they are thieves. They are unclear about what to do to ensure you get a prorated refund. I checked out half way through my last month and was told flat out I wouldn’t get a refund for the last two weeks as I didn’t specify I wanted to prorate the month? BEWARE.
