I cannot say enough about the exceptional service I received from Brian and Irene at Extra Space Storage in Mount Vernon. Having to put personal items in storage was already an emotional experience, but they went above and beyond to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible.

From the moment I walked in, Brian and Irene took their time to show me different unit sizes, ensuring I found the perfect fit while keeping my budget in mind when transferring from one unit to another. What truly set them apart, though, was their kindness and ability to make me smile even in a tough moment. They were not only professional and empathetic but also incredibly funny—doing everything they could to lift my spirits. Their humor and warmth made a difficult situation feel just a little bit easier, and I can’t thank them enough for that.
