Review:
In the midst of my upcoming move, I forgot to notify ExtraSpace of my move out date which I didn't realize required a 15 day notice. I noticed I was auto charged for the entirety of the next month and immediately called the office to see if that can be adjusted, given that I'd be moving in just a few days. Huge shoutout to Jeff who assisted me with this entire process and was able to fix the charge for me and assist with the rest of my move out process. I really appreciated you taking the extra steps to help me out!
I have 2 units here, and so far, there have been no issues whatsoever in the year I've been renting. The units have been easily accessible, no issues with flooding or rodents, and the pricing was reasonable. I'd use this again if I move back to the area!
