Asia and Tiffany are very professional and very kind. One of the hardest working people at this location. Every time I see them on the property, they are always very nice. I Appreciate the efforts that these two young ladies do. From keeping the facility clean to going above and beyond with helping with your storage needs. Extra Space you should be very proud to have two very hard working people working at your facility. Keep up the good work ladies!
Amazing service and great attitudes here! I love coming in and be treated with common decency. Excellent staff!

Store Manager Asia secretly accesses, views and photographs your units. Photos have been forwarded to corporate. I wrote a 5 star review the day I rented like they asked everyone else here but it deserves 0. The Tiffany Smith review is the assistant manager and she wrote the review after I left to manipulate the narrative. She knew about the photographing of units also.
TLTR Version
Manager, Asia, falsely accused us of leaving items in a hallway and instead of just asking us, climbed a ladder to look over our locked door of our unit and photographed our private belongings without consent and sent the photos to me. She insisted the bins in the hall matched ours, but they didn’t. After the rightful owner retrieved their bins, proving Asia wrong, she became hostile and claimed she could access any unit 'whenever she wants.' When I disagreed, she retaliated by locking us out of our unit, denying us access to our belongings.
Her actions raise serious concerns. If she can photograph our unit without notifying us or asking, how many people's units has she viewed, photographed, and possibly misused? How many customers have been charged fees due to her unwarranted investigations and privacy violations. My guess is countless, most of whom likely never realized what had happened. I would not store your belongings here.
I didn’t post this and hoped to resolve the matter privately but when I tried Asia locked us out of our unit in retaliation and furtherance of her unprofessionalism.
Review:
If you value your privacy, professionalism, and respect, I strongly advise not using this facility due to a troubling experience with the store manager, Asia.
Asia accused my father of leaving bins in a hall far from our unit. Without our consent or knowledge, she climbed a ladder and photographed the contents of our locked unit. When I explained that the bins weren’t ours, she insisted they were and had sent me photos of my unit. She was mistaken and Asia refused to acknowledge her mistake. By the time my father returned, the bins had been removed by their owner, disproving her accusation. Afterward, she called me, said I had received a 30% discount for the inconvenience, and hung up abruptly, avoiding any accountability.
A month later I spoke with Tiffany, who had initially helped me rent the unit. I asked about the expectation of privacy I could expect given this excessive incident. Tiffany told me it wouldn’t happen again. However, Asia interrupted us, slumped into a chair, sucked her teeth, and asked, 'You talking about me?'
I confirmed I was discussing the incident, and she launched into a tirade, stating she was the manager and could look into any unit 'whenever she wants.' When I referenced the lease terms, which allow access to units for emergencies or repairs, I asked how bins in the hallway for 15 minutes constituted an emergency. She cut me off, raised her finger, and said, “First of all, I determine what’s an emergency, not you.” I told her she didn’t need to speak to me that way, especially after being wrong before. This approach wasn’t acceptable.
I explained there were alternatives she could have taken before invading our privacy, like calling before. She dismissed my concerns, complaining about dealing with “people like me” all day, every day. I don’t know what that means—was it about my race, gender, or simply holding her accountable for her unprofessional behavior? Whatever it was, she seemed to think she she deals with it every day and she's tired of it.
Asia's photographing our belongings, and accusing us without cause are deeply troubling. She claimed she could access any unit “whenever she wants,” raising serious concerns about this facility's respect for customer privacy. She continued on her power trip after I left and retaliated by locking us out of our unit—another clear abuse of her perceived authority stemming from a situation she created entirely by herself and her actions. DON'T RENT HERE. If you do I strongly recommend covering the grated ceiling of your unit because she's taking photos of your stuff.
