Honestly, the staff specifically David the manager is super attentive. Very easy going & super communicative. First time I’ve felt this comfortable at a storage unit. Definitely will use this place again. If I could give 10 stars I would.

Review:
12/28/24-Extra Space Storage at 3016 Express Dr S in Islandia NY is a neglected facility. The garage door for the loading dock and elevator access has been inoperable for at least 6 Weeks, and now the elevator there is “Bumpy”. If it is unsafe (it feels very unsafe to me) then it should be taken out of service and rebates should be issued. I will formally complain this week, DO Tour the facility before you rent (you might have to use the stairs). RENTERS BEWARE!
