Very great mark is the best guy

I like the option of being able to pre-pay your storage fees in advance to lock in a specific rate and not have to be concerned with remembering monthly payments. I appreciate Dan taking time to explain to me the various payment options and helping me make an informed decision.

I walked in and met with Mark. He was so friendly, understanding and down to earth. He explained to me how Extra Space Storage work. As far as pricing, units, and hours. I appreciated the time he took on helping me understand the process and he assured me that this company was there every step of the way. And for that I was satisfied and confident leaving my personal belongings in their care.
