Review:

Rent is getting ridiculous , just got notice rate is going up for ungodly reason. Sounds like greedy owners. I have been a long time renter and I don't see the reasoning for theis new rate hike except greed. Nothing is new or improved. Not very happy considering moving to where rates are reasonable.. greed greed greed.
