Good at first but the longer you rent, the less they care. Rental rate increased 4x over a year and a half. Water seeped into unit any time it rained or snow melted, ceiling tile was loose and never fixed. The row of units I was in was without ANY lighting for months. Called the office to let them know and they said they’d pass along to management, never heard anything further. I called a month later to follow up since lighting was not fixed and was told by manager they were working on a fix. 2 months later, still no lights. Entrance gate is constantly left open, even when nobody is in the office, defeats the purpose. If you are in a pinch, this place is okay for a short time, but not a long time.

The rental fee continues to go up and up and up! That is discouraging. However, Nicholas, the employee at the Heisley Road location, is the perfect example of amazing customer service!! He's polite, friendly, and knowledgeable.

Nick was very helpful, made the process very quick & easy. Very clean & safe facility. Will use them again if I need storage in the future ?
