Extra Space Storage

Absolutely great service and very accommodating with storage options and availability.

It started off well, but for the past few months, the vehicle access points have been broken, allowing unrestricted entry to the general public. Today, before leaving the building, I noticed that the barrier gate was raised while the garage door remained closed. As I was exiting, the garage door began to open, but the gate started to lower; this could have damaged my vehicle had I not accelerated to avoid it.

The only positive is that nothing has been stolen from my storage unit, and everything inside has remained cool and dry.

However, with the significant rent increase after just a few months, I'm seriously considering taking my business elsewhere. At this price, I expect the entrances and exits to function properly and for any issues to be promptly addressed.

Very friendly and informative. Clean, well lit and secure. Lease agreement explained in detail and all questions clearly answered.

Seems pretty cool so far! I like all the different rates and storage sizes they offer.
