Never had an issue renting. Automatic payment set up was simple and convenient. Conversations on the phone were always very cordial and a sense if understanding fir the customer. Would highly recommend using them if you need a storage unit.

I believe pricing is too high and the service is below good the gate code machine doesn't work and you have to call to gain access that's inconvenient will not ever rent here again
