Extra Space Storage

Has been a great overall experience so far, after 3 months the system tried to automatically increase my monthly rate, so I stopped in the office and spoke with the manager Tyonna, she was very friendly and accommodating and was able to keep my monthly rate the same so I didn’t have to move to another location.

The young lady was very kind and patient she gave me all the information I was looking for.i .in the climate we live in it’s was nice to encounter some one very nice

Tyonna was friendly and helpful. She answered all my questions, showed me to my unit and was thorough in explaining procedures. The unit was clean, process was seamless.
