Extra Space Storage

I visited today with several questions for I never purchased a storage unit. Jamie was so knowledgeable and patient with me and answered all my questions. Jamie was so nice to find me a unit close to the elevator. Once the transactions was complete, she took me to the unit, to make sure I could find it, use my code, and install the lock, thank you Jamie, you made this process easy….. Sonya

I’ve been renting for about a year. My rent went from $97 to $173 and I just received a notice that they are raising the rent again. It’s going from 173 to 194. Not only do they raise the rent when they want, they have a really bad rodent problem. I store merchandise for my boutique and consignment shop that I will have to get professionally cleaned and throw some away bc there was an alarming amount of mouse poop on my things.
I know there some risk with rodents in places like this but this was very excessive for a place that’s always raising rent smh.
