Not great for long term. I got a promotional price, i get it, price goes up $40. Three months later, another $40 increase, 3 months anfter that and i get a notice it will be increasing again. For what? My apartment never had this frequent of an increase. No reason given for increase just “prices went up”. The rate i’ll be at is now not competitive so i’ll be moving out. I’ll have to spend the time, money, and energy moving out when i was planning to stay long term. I’m trying to save someone else the time, energy, and money. AVOID THE HASSLE! There are a few colleges in the area so i feel like they are taking advantage.

They get you in at a low price and increase rent every month. I was paying over 200% more when I canceled my rental than what I was originally paying in the beginning.
