Excellent, friendly customer service by Darla. I was at my storage unit yesterday and I did not properly secure it. Darla called me this morning to let me know that she regularly checks the units and found it unsecured. I've been a customer for the past 4 years and this is the kind of customer service I have come to expect. The building is very clean and secure. And the price is reasonable. I highly recommend this company.
