John was most pleasant and informative on a first time storage rental experience. He showed very clean and easily accessible units. He and Andrew were kind in answering many many questions. He worked with us on all discounts that were available for our Kairos Prison ministry. I would recommend Extra Space Storage highly to anyone needing storage spaces. Would have given more than 5 stars if possible. Great service!
