Extra Space Storage

The front person. I believe his name was Derek. Gave me a tour of the facilities and was super kind. If anyone needs a storage space, I'd recommend here for the price and the niceness.

The staff at EXTRA SPACE STORAGE are so nice. They bend over backwards to help you and to resolve any issues that might occur. The hallways are so clean, and your belongings are safe. I have had my belongings stored there for 5 years, and have been a happy client for 5 years as well.

I've been renting spaces here since it was Storage King running it. They've been good units. However, now that extra space has taken over, the customer service is another level. The transition from Storage King to Extra Space has been seemless. Moving forward, I have full confidence in the management. Very pleased!

The issue I have is the rate jump from $54 to $95 a few months after you get moved in and settled. They do this with everyone. Now I have to relocate or pay a huge increase!! That's b.s. ..One the plus side the facility is good and store management is very helpful and nice. However, they can't stop or waive any increases. They don't like it either, but their hands are tied. Nobody wants to move their stuff a 2nd time! The $12 rental insurance tacked on also sucks, but understandable.
